Can I change my check-in date post-purchase?: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to 'Buy Now and Book Later' you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don't secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a 'rejected request' email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged 11 or younger) or three adults. See the 'Extra Guest Policy' and 'Child Policy' below for more details.
Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 or older) may stay for a surcharge of AU$80 (approx. NZ$88) per child, per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with breakfast included, payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy: One child (aged 11 or younger) may stay for a surcharge of AU$40 (approx. NZ$44) per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with breakfast included, payable directly to the hotel.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged 2 or younger) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel for AU$40 (approx. NZ$44) per night.
Connecting rooms are available on request (strictly subject to availability).

A place of old charm dating back to the early 1800's, wonderful and warming atmosphere with hidden nocks and rooms with a very relaxed feel. The room tastefully decorated, although older style with all the modern facilities. We stayed in one of the attic rooms in the front of the building, wooden ceiling, even creaking floorboards all added to the historical charm.
