Can I change my check-in date post-purchase?: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to 'Buy Now and Book Later' you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don't secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a 'rejected request' email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.
Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged 11 or younger) or three adults. See the 'Extra Guest Policy' and 'Child Policy' below for more details.
Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 or older) may stay for a surcharge of US$250 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Guests can upgrade to the all-inclusive package for an additional US$155 per night, payable directly to the resort. Green tax of US$6 is applicable to all guests.
Child Policy: One child (aged 11 or younger) may stay free of charge sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Children can upgrade to the all-inclusive package for a surcharge of US$77.50 per night, payable directly to the resort. Green tax of US$6 is also applicable to children.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged 2 or younger) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge. Green tax of US$6 is also applicable to children.
Connecting villas are not available.
Guests must be aged 18 or older to consume alcohol.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this package.
Strictly no refunds for this package for amendments and change of date – fees are at the hotel's discretion/policy.
